Tina Woodard, Ed.D., PHR,
Founder & CEO

Dr. Tina Woodard founded Capstone Performance Solutions, Inc. in March 2016 with a vision to inspire leaders and organizations to reach their maximum potential. As both an accomplished engineer and HR executive with over twenty years of experience in the manufacturing, government, and education sectors, Dr. Woodard brings innovative solutions to clients looking to improve their profitability, build a strong organizational culture, and become transformational leaders. Prior to managing Capstone full-time, Dr. Woodard served for eight years as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Organizational Development at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (USG). Recognized by the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) as a Champion of Learning, her visionary work led to growing the talent pool for executive level leadership positions in the USG from 0 to 300 executives within a six-year period. As a passionate advocate for youth and giving back to the community, Dr. Woodard earned a Doctorate with honors in Adult Education from the University of Georgia for her extensive research on growing leaders through strategic talent management practices. She also holds a Master of Human Resource Development and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.

Jennifer Geck Ott

Operations Director

Jennifer Geck Ott joined Capstone Performance Solutions, Inc. as Operations Manager in November 2018. Mrs. Ott brings over seventeen years of experience to Capstone in the fields of international marketing, business development, event planning, fundraising, and program management. Through her travels to 36 countries spanning over six continents and work with a cross-cultural team, Mrs. Ott offers an international vantage point to Capstone’s clients. Prior to joining Capstone, Mrs. Ott spent sixteen years at the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) where she first served as Manager of Allied Industry Relations and was later promoted to Director of Allied Industry Relations. At USAPEEC, she led a team of six international staff and one U.S.-based staff on approximately 50 annual promotional projects funded by such agricultural associations as the American Egg Board, United Soybean Board, National Corn Growers Association, among others. As a result of her efforts to grow membership and financial support she increased the funding levels over 450 percent from $879,000 given by six agricultural associations to $5 million from 19 associations. Mrs. Ott earned her B.B.A. in International Business and German with honors from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
